The Titan Adjustable Basketball Goal is the perfect choice for basketball enthusiasts who demand infinite adjustability, maximum rigidity, maximum durability, and arena-level performance. Its massive 6" square, 3 / 16" thick vertical post and extra-heavy-duty dual-strut extension arm provide the toughest, most rigid standard in the industry, with the post set back 4 feet from the backboard to maximize safety. The bolt-down anchor footing allows for easy relocation.

The EZ-Crank adjustment feature enables players of any age, size, or ability to adjust the rim height easily by turning the crank handle. The Titan Basketball Goal is infinitely adjustable from 10' down to 5'6", with a rim height indicator. The "Double Spring Assist" mechanism makes raising and lowering the goal effortless, even with regulation-size 42" x 72" backboards.

First Team's Weatherguard process gives the Titan Basketball Goal an impenetrable barrier against rain and humidity, protecting the steel from rust. The company offers a range of backboards and rims, including Response tempered glass backboards that offer an authentic ball rebound similar to that enjoyed by college and professional players. For added safety, pole padding and backboard padding are available for most Titan Basketball Goal packages.

EXTENSION ARM

Main (adjustable) extension arm tube is constructed of dual 1 ½" x 3" (11 ga.) tubing. Single strut extension arm designs shall not be considered equal. Extension arm allows for a minimum 48" from front of post to face of backboard at any given playing height. The height adjustment crank cylinder has a minimum 2000# capacity rating and is located at 3 ½' from ground level so as to make adjustment possible by all ages. Pole structure design allows for rim height to be adjusted infinitely from 10' down to 6½'. Adjustment mechanism includes an optional locking device to control unwanted adjustment. A spring-loaded backup safety device is included to minimize the amount of effort required to adjust the goal height when raising or lowering the unit. The rim is mounted directly to the extension arm through the backboard to reduce stress on the backboard when player hangs on the rim. An easy-to-read height adjustment label is included to register rim height.

VERTICAL UPRIGHT

Vertical post is constructed of steel with a black powder coat finish. The vertical post uses 5" square tubing with a 3/16" wall thickness. A 3/8" thick baseplate and 4 support gussets are welded at the bottom of the vertical pole to allow the unit to be installed via an anchoring system.

RIM

Flexible rim absorbs the stress of player contact. Nylon net included. 5/8" diameter.
