Please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive.  We usually ship same or next day from the Iowa Basketball Hoop warehouse. Most hoops ship via truck which can take a few extra days. All basketball hoops ship free.

Goalsetter does require a 15% restocking fee on any returns. Unfortunately we are unable to return hoops that have been installed.
