With infinite height adjustment, the Stainless Olympian is designed to outperform any basketball system on the planet. It's oversized 6" x 8" x 1/4" thick post and LCG pole structure design make for the most rigid pole structure available, while the bolt-down anchor footing allows for easy relocation.

Adjusting the rim height is a breeze with the EZ-Crank adjustment and Double Spring-Assist. The rim height can be changed from 10' down to 5'6" with a clear and accurate rim height indicator included. You can also choose between clear acrylic or tempered glass backboards for an authentic ball response.

EXTENSION ARM

The adjustable extension arm tube is made of dual 2" x 4" (11 ga.) 304 stainless steel tubing, providing a minimum 48" distance from the post to the face of the backboard at any playing height. The height adjustment crank cylinder has an 11,000# capacity rating and is located no more than 4' from the ground for ease of use by all ages. The pole structure design allows for infinite adjustments of the rim height from 10' down to 5 1/2'. An optional locking device will be available to prevent unwanted adjustments.

The adjustment mechanism includes a spring-loaded backup safety device to minimize the effort required to adjust the goal height when raising or lowering the unit. The pole design permits the rim to be directly mounted to the extension arm through the backboard to reduce stress on the backboard when a player hangs on the rim. An easy-to-read height adjustment label will display the rim height.

VERTICAL UPRIGHT

Vertical post is constructed of 304 stainless steel with a black powder coat finish. The vertical post is 6” x 8” rectangular tubing with a 1/4” wall thickness. A 3/8” thick baseplate and 4 support gussets are welded at the bottom of the vertical pole to allow the unit to be installed via an anchoring system.

RIM

Flexible rim absorbs the stress of player contact. Nylon net included. 5/8" diameter.
